THE QATAR GAMES Commission, which is charged with ensuring the sporting events comply with international standards, have denounced the Qatar Games as a “wash-up” and “non-Olympic”, “not an Olympics”, and “a failure” that have left “dwindling enthusiasm” and an image of Qatar “that is not one of sports excellence”.
